My Mac was slooooow and wouldn't connect to the App store. I worked with Darrell on several occasions to review and remedy. He updated this, explained that, fixed the permissions on other things. it helped quite a bit but didn't fix the problem all the way. Then, I called Apple and went to Apple store twice, spending a total of 10 hours with Apple.....they couldn't fix it either!Finally, Darrell found the solution and helped me make some arcane changes to the permissions in my key chain folder. All better now! thank you!Darrell is very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain what he is doing to your computer.

If you want someone to help you take care of those niggling little problems that hang you up when working on your Apple computer, IPad, or IPhone, of which I have all three, Darrell is the MAN. He knows his stuff and if he doesn't, he will tell you. I am a bit older and NOT computer savvy, and he patiently guides me through the the littlest stuff.
